What should I do if my roleplay freezes or stops?
If the persona goes quiet or the roleplay stops responding, here's how to get your session back on track.
If the persona goes quiet after you speak
Sometimes the persona takes a little longer to respond. If this happens:
- Wait about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Repeat your point in one or two short sentences.
- If the persona still doesn't respond, end the session and start a new one.
- If it happens again, click Report an issue during the call so our team can look into it.
If the whole roleplay freezes
- Refresh your browser, or close and reopen it.
- Check your internet connection.
