What should I do if the platform is slow or the persona is lagging?

Check your connection and browser, and switch to Audio Only if your connection is slow.

If the persona is slow to respond

1. Check that your internet connection is stable. You can test it with the setup check icon (headphones) in the top bar.
2. Close other browser tabs and applications.
3. Use Chrome for the best experience, and make sure it is up to date.
4. If your connection is stable but the persona is still lagging, wait a few minutes and try again.
5. If it's still slow, restart the roleplay.

If your connection is slow

Choose Audio Only under Session Preferences before you start. Audio needs less bandwidth than video.
