How to configure cohort notifications
Within the cohort, review and enable the appropriate learner notifications.
Recommended notifications
- Welcome Email
- Cohort Start
- User Not Logged In - Sent three days after the cohort start date
- Cohort Ending Soon - Sent three days before the cohort end date
- Cohort Ended
Configure notifications
- Open the cohort > Notifications
- Toggle on which notifications you want to activate.
- If preferred, you can schedule the welcome email.
Recommendation: Send a test email before launch to verify the content and formatting.
