How to enroll learners in a cohort

Once a cohort has been created, add the appropriate learners from the cohort's Learners tab.

Enroll individual learners

• Open the cohort and add learners from the Learners tab.
• Search for the user's name or email address

Enroll learners in bulk

• Open the cohort > Manage Cohort > Import Learners
• Import learners in bulk using the provided template.

Important: Learners must already exist in the platform before they can be enrolled in a cohort.
