How do I use the live transcript during a conversation?
Open the live transcript
- During your conversation, click the transcript icon at the bottom of the screen.
- The Live Transcription panel opens on the right and shows what you and the persona say, with the time of each message.
- When you see Listening for contribution, the persona is waiting for you to respond.
- To close the panel, click the transcript icon again.
How the transcript helps you
- Check that the platform is picking up your words correctly.
- Read back anything the persona said that you missed.
- See how you phrased your points, so you can adjust your approach as the conversation goes on.
